I'd love new character creator options. New hair, facial hair, tattoos, more sliders. Hell I'd love to see a third subrace be added to each existing race that mixes things up a bit.

Unfortunately, you're going to run into some problems.
-muh servers!
-muh budget!
-muh dev time!
-muh priorities!
-muh limitations!

While there may be ways around some or all of these things, they only need to cherry pick one of them to have an excuse to NEVER EVER your hopes and dreams into oblivion.
