    World Transfer Not Working.

    My issue is not so much in-game as it is that I cannot use the World Transfer function at all. My character is eligible, I made sure to check throughout the days. I have nothing on sale, I'm not in a free company, and don't own land etc. And the text shows up as blue over the character is able to transfer. My tickets have been bouncing back and forth now for days, with a slew of calls to their offices. I've tested all types of channels as a destination Gilgamesh, Mateus, and just about all of them. I want to transfer to Balmung from Cerberus, but no matter what server I do pick it just says "The World Transfer is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again." I've called them and tried to get my situation escalated. My other question is that if I can have my character and her things moved manually over to the desired server and have the funds automatically deducted from my account?

    This is a persistent malfunction that is not user-side. I've checked so many variables now - browser, in-game by reading the World Transfer FAQ, different times of the day, different server destinations - and it all just ends up saying the exact same thing unfortunately. Please help.
