Phantom Train Dungeon relived form FFVI for new October seasonal event

I've been playing FFXIV for about 3 years now, and I've seen that the October Halloween event has been the same since I started. Its always set in Haukke Manor, every year and the theme is pretty much the same. I think it would be nice to see the Phantom Train dungeon from FFVI in FFXIV for a seasonal event. With glamor gear awards like the Conductors uniform and Ziegfried's armor as a glamor costume. Maybe a FFVI style ghost for a minion or a mini wind-up Phantom Train minion. The plot and concept could be about solving puzzles and discovering the background origins of the Phantom Train, obtaining 'passenger tickets' to exchange for awards such as a model train set for housing, or a Mini Phantom Train Mount, something along those lines?

I know some of you will say; well Phantom Train is in SB so new players couldn't access it, well no. Because even the Haukke Manor is a lvl 28 dungeon, yet lvl 15 players can access it as a seasonal event. So that being said yes, it could still work. There could be a quest giver in one of the ARR city states, as there is for the Haukke Manor seasonal event. Its a suggestion, I feel would make a great new addition for the October event a side form seeing the same thing we have for the past years.

thing is you don't have to be able access haukke manor to get to do the event. the npc just sends you straight in.

Yes I addressed that in detail. So the same can work for Phantom Train. It was be as of it was its own special dungeon. Black Brush Staton could serve as an access point.
