    Ok, this is unacceptable.

Today there was the 4.55 update. My PS4 couldn't download it, it asked for 7.9 GB more.
I deleted FINAL FANTASY XV (114.8 GB), and I am asking a refund on PlayStation Store, because the Storage that they are advertising for the game does not match the storage the game takes up in my HDD (due to the extra XIV-related installs).
I am also not buying Episode Ardyn due to that.

FINAL FANTASY XIV is now 70.69 GB.

I have pre-ordered Shadowbringers (Physical PS4 Collector's Edition from your store).
I have printed this topic (and the last one that was closed for no reason), and since i will be in japan for the next 2 months starting next week, I will go at the fanfest and I will be showing it to Yoshi-P himself, as well as asking him directly on the live panel question section if I get the chance.

If nothing happens until before Shadowbringers launches, I am cancelling my Collector's Edition pre-order, buying a cheap Physical Normal Edition, playing base 5.0 and cancelling my subscription forever.

    This is unacceptable.

You know I had a similar issue, not exactly the same but I'll mention it anyway. The FFXV dlc was appearing as part of the XIV dlc, since I deleted XV (as there was little reason to keep it installed if I was not playing regularly) the majority of the dlc actually removed itself from XIV's Add-on section; so the Episode content. Granted it's now still minor dlc such as skins/outfits (as per the image below) but I got rid of the stuff taking more than double the space.

It's clearly an issue on how the games/dlc have been licensed on the store, so honestly just deleted XV and reinstall it when you actually need or want to play it. There is a solution for you which you could of done after all this time, which would'nt of effected the regular patch downloads of XIV. SE or PSN or whoever you want to complain at during that time could still continue.

    1) I needed FINAL FANTASY XV installed because I was still playing it.
    2) Now that I deleted it I need to download 115 GB again when I want to play it. I have a 180 GB data cap. That means I won't be able to play Episode Ardyn next month. Not that I can re-download FINAL FANTASY XV now. Not enough space. So I will demand a refund from SONY because of misleading Storage needed info on PlayStation Store.
    3) Even now that I deleted FINAL FANTASY XV, the episodes are still installed to FINAL FANTASY XIV. They have not been deleted.
    4) FINAL FANTASY XIV is not like FINAL FANTASY XV. It's a subscription service. I demand it to work as intended. I demand the system specifications to be as advertised.
    5) Finally, as i said before in this topic, I have had already deleted BOTH, and they still installed all of FINAL FANTASY XV's episodes in FINAL FANTASY XIV, and HEAVENSWARD in FINAL FANTASY XV.
