I don't think we should use these forums to broadcast the news. It would need to be a place where the news could be stickied.

I don't want to supercede RPC management here, but I would lean on informing admins of NA FFXIV fansites and allowing them to notify their respective communities if they desire to present the information.

Probably quite right. I imagine that's the plan already. Though it never hurts to at least try to inform through official channels. Even if it turns out like... well... this.

I have to admit i'm surprised by the maturity levels these forums STILL have. Doesn't matter what's said, or how it's said, there's always a group of people with nothing better to do than complain about it. That goes for both sides of every arguement.

Actually, I'm Native American/Gypsy/Irish, and the term redneck would fit me better...but, I'm still a hippy.
And I have no bones with the RP community, neither do I have anything against any who wish to play without it. At the moment I'm leaning towards one of two servers; Ragnarok, and whichever server the monopoly of RP-ers decide to go to.

Balmung would be the server the majority of Rpers will be on, since it's the merging of the previous unofficial RP server(besaid) and Fabul server. Infact it was my intent to try and make this thread be one of those inform the people who might wanna transfer threads.
