Housing Devaluation - Waited 18 hours and says not ready for purchase

This has happened yesterday and two days ago in two different plots. Today, I waited 18 hours to see if it will not do the same. I clicked the plot at 0:00:00 for devaluation and instead it went to 6 hours again for the 3rd time in the same plot. It's a personal individual plot that I wanted to purchase too. Other players couldn't purchase it too

The house devaluation timer is just counting down until the next time the price of the plot get lowered. There is no indicator for when a relenquished plot becomes available for purchase.

So how can we tell if the house is ready to be purchased?

The hidden, random timer was put in place to prevent housing re-sellers. I believe it can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours or so before the message "This plot of land is not yet ready for purchase" will stop coming up and allow anyone to purchase.

Yeah. I've actually stood there for 20 hours today and apparently, someone comes along and naturally goes to grab it while I was away to the bathroom for 5 minutes. I am really upset about this game of how I had no time to play or do roulettes and had to wait until this plot was claimed.

I dont understand what YoshiP was thinking, and I don't think staffs care about what players feel too.

I was going to recommend buying any crappy house (Goblet) and transferring to avoid the timer when a nicer plot becomes available but then I noticed Balmung. It took me nearly 2 years to get a house because I missed the ward releases and yeah that new timer does not make things easier for first time buyers.
