At this point in the game's life I suppose reporting it as a bug would go largely unnoticed since it's early content. Thanks for the response, I'm glad I'm not the only one that's had this problem. Not that I'm happy you've had to experience an inconvenience, just that there's nothing wrong with my game or computer.
