Gm Rhinedynast responded in regards to an allegation of harassment. Their response was remarkably swift. Truly, I have never had a concern addressed so quickly before in my entire life!

The GM summarized the problem I reported, which showed me they had actually given my complaint a cursory read. They then sought to confirm the events that occurred by having me recount them. This is good because it checks for consistency in stories, thus serving as at least a slight deterrent for false complaints.

Gm Rhinedynast demonstrated a thorough grasp for the concept of empathy as applied to the field of customer service. Demonstration of this skill with correct application helps to de-escalate potential conflicts between an organization and the customers of that organization, and is thus an extremely valuable trait in an employee. It is not seldom demonstrated with such proficiency as Gm Rhinedynast displayed!

The GM thanked me for my assistance, which served as positive reinforcement. That combined with their empathy and cordial professionalism towards me further reinforced my comfort with the idea of bringing future problems to the company's attention.
