    Unable to log into the game on a specific character

    Last night I was running Titan Ex for light for a ARR relic when I was disconnected (due to a 90002 error) while trying to load into the instance. Ever since, I have been unable to load into the game on my main character (Hanaka Urakami/ Faerie server) I can still log in on my alt character I just can’t log in on my main. Anytime I try to load in on my main character I get s 90002 error. This is not an ISP/Router issue as I am still able to log in on my alt. This is specifically tied to my main character. I’m pretty sure the game thinks my character is either still logged in or is trying to load me into my last known location and I am stuck in a limbo between instances. When I disconnected the game removed me from the party I was in with friends. When friends looked at their friends list it showed me as being in The Navel.

    - I forgot to mention that I am playing on the Windows platform.
    - Wired connection.
    - Only the Discord chat program running with the game.
    - Frequency at which error occurs: Every time I try to use my main character.
    - Time of day this usually occurs: Every time I try to use my main character.
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue: relaunching the game, logging in on an alt, using a VPN.

    I’ve also had friends contact a GM in game regarding the issue and I put in a support ticket through e-mail. I have not heard anything regarding the GM and the e-mail support, which lead to phone support, was unhelpful.

    Well, I’m guessing one of your GMs did the trick. I was able to successfully load into the game. Situation resolved for now.

    I'm glad you were able to get this resolved. However, I don't think the GMs did anything. It's likely that you just needed to wait a little bit until the game realized you were logged out properly.
