    DX11 and xAudio2 Error

    Hi there, I frequently get a dx11 and xAudio2 error. This error will crash my game to the desktop and will cut out sound in Discord. It's crashed XIV to the desktop with Discord closed. A screenshot of the error is posted below:

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When did this start happening? Did anything change/update on your PC that coincides with this?

    Based on your information, it sounds like your audio drivers are crashing. What do you use for sound (speakers, headphones, etc) and how is it connected (wireless, USB, 3.5 jack)?

    How often does this happen and do you notice any pattern to the crashes? Is it linked to any on location or action you are doing (inside or outside the game)?

    What have you tried so far to alleviate the error?
