New Player Help Sastasha

Hello everyone! I've just started couple days ago and I'm stuck at the Duty Finder to get into Sastasha. I've read couple post about joining a FC and making sure to check all the language for the best result, but I'm not sure where to find a FC who's willing to help and I'm sitting here for 30 minutes with no one joining! Can I get some help please?

What time of day do you typically play? I just started (again) recently and haven't really had much trouble getting into any instance. I have noticed that the later you play the longer it takes for the duty finder to get a group together.

I'd suggest going to one of the main city-states and /shout or /yell asking for help. There are a lot of people who will be more than willing to help.

I wish I could help but you can't access the Party Finder without doing Sastasha so you need to find someone on Siren.

If you're not in Siren's Novice Network, just give a shout so a mentor can invite you. It's easy to find people willing to help in the novice network chat.

Thank you everyone! Thankfully I was able to find some people to join me! I was getting frustrated but it all worked out!

Are you in the Novice Network (a chat channel for new players and mentors)? If you are, that's a good place to ask for people to join you in content. If you're not, /shout in a main city asking for an invite to the Novice Network (any mentor —the players with the crown icon by their names— can invite you).

And what time of day were you trying? Even without finding people yourself, 30 minutes seems longer than Duty Finder usually takes to find a group of people to join you. During peak (or near peak) hours, 10 to 15 minutes seems typical for DPS classes, though it can get longer at other times of day when fewer people are online. I've occasionally seen it go over 30 minutes, but that's been pretty rare in my experience.

Oh, and as soon as you finish Sastasha, it'll come up again. There are a trio of three dungeons in a row at that point in the story before it goes back to a bunch of solo quests for a while.

Time of day really makes a difference to queues. If you can wait, always best to do dungeons in the evening or peak time at weekends (mid-afternoon on).

I just noticed that we are both on Siren. My FC is really great and they took me in and are always very helpful. I'll make sure to send you an invite when i get on tonight.

In my experience, 30 mins for a DD class is normal. And bare in mind that Sastasha is just first of many dungeons you will have to do in order to continue with your MSQ.
