I would honestly just like more options in decorating the yard of the houses period. Even when you use up the maximum allotted item space, the front yard can still seem kinda bare.

If I want to consume my front yard with shrubs and trees, for god sake SE, let me.

I think that would be to do with not overloading the zone with too many objects, and potentially crashing or badly slowing down computers that can't handle it.

I know I've had friends comment that their game locked up after entering someone's heavily-decorated house - which is possibly why the game automatically loads you back in outside the house rather than in it.

We're in 2018, and while yes, your reasoning is still sound, I would like us (and SE) to stop using server limitations as an excuse not to upgrade QoL features and just get it done already. Personal computers have features within game to minimize the visual drawbacks and extra stress caused by them to their processors, so, it's not as if that the people who can't handle the extra stress can't simply just lower their own personal settings to ease their computer's overload.

Stop investing all of your money into your mobile franchises and other superfluous projects and actually start investing money back into your infrastructure so we're not going to be in 2020 in the near future with 2013 textures still in XIV.
