Ragnarok: Only EU?

Why should people (again I ask) who choose not to go there be punished? There are several EU LSes not going from a few servers. So we will never see an influx of new EU people if we don't go? They never should have designated an EU server.

The Eu tag on Ragnarok is not supposed to be there permanently. Its only for the merge in order to allow the current EU people to gather here.

Once again there is a difference between english and french traduction:

Ragnarok will be recommended for players in the European time zones. This should improve the playing experience for European players, who form a small minority scattered across the Worlds, and make it easier for them to get together and form parties

In french:

Le Monde "Ragnarok", nouvellement créé, sera recommandé aux joueurs de la zone horaire européenne. Ce dispositif, temporaire, a pour but de rassembler ces joueurs à l’effectif réduit pour leur permettre de trouver plus facilement des partenaires et ainsi améliorer leur confort de jeu.

In the french traduction, they clearly explain that the EU tag is here for a short time.

Ragnarok will be an international server with a strong EU base, once the servers merge is done, a new player will not see an EU tag on Ragnarok.

Because over time the server will probably end up being scewed to NA/JP again, some EU players will leave/quit and a lot of new players will come with 2.0 resulting in the EU population being watered down.

I know you don't get this, but some of us want an EU server.
