Ragnarok: Only EU?

complaint for complaint, if you dont want an UE server, u have another 9 internetional.


I am Spanish, i am hoping to be on EU LS, i dont care if you are german, french, rusian, englishman... i want people to play on my timezone and to talk them in english.

Think about this: in a future, Ragnarok will remain as EU server so new players (without bonds or friends in another servers) probably will go there, and the other 9 servers will go low in EU population, not global population: If you have a big LS you probably will not have any problem.

Exactly and we have to think to the futur too, maybe some new players (i hope) will come to 1.21 and later so the server could grow up and have more and more diversity, cultures etc.

So you're are saying if we had started originally with one server tagged as EU you would have gone there ?

No, because I know better from being a long time 11 player. Other people will not have that welath of knowledge.

Thats's the point though SE have done their homework and know that the EU population isn't big enough to spread over multiple EU server.

Thats funny, you're saying it like its an adamant fact. The server is being made as an experiment for all intents and purposes. They obviously haven't done enough of their homework yet.

If that were the case we wouldn't even need an EU server to begin with.

People dont mind being pigeon holded if it means they can play during their prime time, obviously you and others do, but some of us don't.

Fair enough - people like you who never had other to play with would feel that way. People like me (and others) who've never had a problem from day one (on several severs) like playing with multiple people from multiple lands. Pigeon holing - or rather the lack of - is what made FF series unique in that way. A collage of worldly players.

As the post above said their are 9 other servers to choose if you would prefer to be on an international server.

And it again insinuates that new EU people joining might have to think "Oh geez, I better go there cause thats where all/most of the EU players are". Its punishing to us who don't want to go there. There should be several EU friendly servers. There was never a need to designate one. Its ridiculous.
