Vackashken, i dont think regional servers is something bad, i dont care if someone is japanese or german, for me is an interaction in another language, but i care if i am playing on a server where when i am playing there is noone on the streets, and when i am sleeping there are tons of people playing.

People dont have 12 hour at day to play and meet with another communitys, somepeople only play from 20:00 to 24:00 or less

Japan midnight is at 16:00 EU... And NA "hot time" start when we are going to sleep. Is good to meet another cultures and countries, but not at cost 1% of my gameplay coz i will meet another countries inside my timezone.
