    error 90002

Hi, I recently came back and since then I'm always guaranteed at least one 90002 error when I get into a dungeon. I've spoken to customer support and they haven't been able to fix the issue.
I've done their "fix" that involved doing some stuff in the internet explorer, opening the ports for my router as well as contacting my ISP.
Is there anything that can be done to be able to fix it?
    Thank you.

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV.

Unfortunately, an error like this can be caused by multiple things, so there is not one fix for every situation. That is why we give multiple suggestion as one of those may resolve the issue. In order to better assist, please provide the following information:

    -Platform
    -Wired or WIFI connection
-Other programs being used when running FFXIV
    -When disconnect occurs/How often
-Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    Hope you see you online!

Yes, I play on my PC and I use a wired connection. I usually just have Discord as well as Chrome running on my background when I'm playing. As for how often I was doing my hunts about an hour ago and I got the error 4 times.
As for what I've done from I followed the steps from the email I received from customer service:
Ensure that the latest version of Internet Explorer is installed on your PC (even if you don't use Internet Explorer). Please do not use Microsoft Edge, as that is a different Internet platform. Once Internet Explorer is up-to-date, please open the IE browser's "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium."
Under the "Privacy" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or to "Allow All Cookies."
Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED.
    [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties."
Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7."
Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    Please RESTART your PC now.
Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator."

If the suggestions provided above do not resolve the issue, there may be a communication error.
Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that the following Port Ranges have been opened/forwarded/triggered:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
I've also contacted my ISP and have tried to reinstall FFXIV to see if that may fix the issue as well.

Thank you for the quick reply,

Since you have tried everything the Support Center has suggested. I am going to go ahead and suggest you try the following:
-Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. For Windows
-Change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1.

Please respond to this thread with any updates. Hope you see you online!

Been getting constant 90002 when in dungeons. I got disconnected 5 times in 2 minutes while doing Heaven on High.
