They have to be active or the house would be gone by now, most likely one or two players log and do stuff rather unseen, i've had such "ghost mansions" next to my old house as well...

Since the recutement is open, did you try to get invited? if you got a fc, create a twink in their area and try to get in.

Literally non besides bein in there house right at the door 24/7. an player might have his own private house or appartment and only runs in there every now and then to not loose it. From our FC i can tell you after 35 days the boss is replaced by the oldest, currently active member of highes rank. so look for the boss if hes online - if hes not after 35+ days someone else WILL get lead OR the house will be empty. Theses sadly not more you can do... if htey have one try write in the guestbook or try to get in there, thats all there is...
