Right now, all we can know of the FFXIV GMs is their handle and if they are a supervisor or not. As a long time player who has had to deal with quite a few issues worth placing a call, I've picked up on small notes of their personalities. Dorxenore is kind and great for cheering up people who are distraught, Zeigunav is incredibly efficient and is willing to go the extra mile to help customers, and Xithultor has used their drive for self improvement to become way more versed in helping players over the years.

But which GMs like cheesecake versus chocolate cake? What are their favorite classes? Who secretly adores Maine Coon cat videos?* If they could have an in game avatar other than an Ascian, what would they choose?

I think having little profiles like this could help the community open up to the GM team, and put more of a personality to each name. I'm curious what others think!
