Tanks - One week away from being done with tome BiS
Melee - Dragoon is done tome BiS as of week four
Caster - Will be finished tome BiS as of week six
Healers - Crit focused tome BiS finsihed

This extends slightly longer if you opt to purchase a tome weapon, however every role will be completely done as of two months. If we assume a full tome set, you're done by week twelve (fourteen if you count the weapon) for each type. Now the devs have nothing to incentivize people to run content for the remaining four months.
