DX11 error in new areas

My game crashes with that DX11 error with a few of the newer areas (The whole quest line for deltascape, MSQ 4.1 onwards, this list will probably grow)

I've tried everything that has been listed in other thread for windows 10 system. (including clean boot, clean reinstall, switch to dx9, clean install without steam, etc).
Currently playing on my Alt character and running find through all the older maps so I think its just the new stuff that causing my issue.

Edit: My main character is locked in a DX11 error crash cycle, every time i try to log into him (currently in a MSQ cutscene, i forgot what it is called where empire come and have peace talks?), DX11 error crash.
