Also i’ve noticed gpu spikes despite having geforce 1060 normally its around 30% now its a full 100%

When did this start happening. Did anything change/update on your PC that coincides with it?

Does the game simply drop frames at all time? Or does it only happening when in certain areas or while doing certain actions? Do you notice a pattern to it?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

hi! it started happening yesterday morning! and yeah the frame rates just dropped all the time never higher than 20fps, even in the starting screen. here's the system information btw
