    Thank you very much for the very prompt response to my ingame ticket! I sincerely apologize for not being able to respond-- even though we can receive GM tells in PVP, players still cannot respond to them. I definitely was not ignoring you, and I very much appreciated you taking the time to send me a message about my report!
