Separate HoH Queues

So I’m noticing that a lot of players that go into HoH matched party are complete jerks who will not do chests, even, in my experience, going to the portal point for the next floor and refusing to help whoever is in the party at all that wants to get chests. I’ve had this happen on several occasions where me and one or two of the other people are basically running HoH on our own because the other player/players refuse to help or do anything. That’s the whole point of HoH! get the chests, get your weapon! But most people just do not want to work with their party members who want to do this and it makes it very not fun. I would suggest setting up a separate queue that is geared towards fast clears for exp so the people who want to get chests don’t have to deal with these rude players. Please it’s really killing the fun and it’s not always feasible to go in with a fixed party all the time.

Or just use PF if you don't want to deal with randoms. Splitting queues even more than they already are is an really really awful idea

Exactly. People on both sides of the 'rush to end or get chests' argument need to accept that when you queue with randoms, you may get people that don't want to play your way and that's fine. Similarly I like doing big pulls with aoe when I tank dungeons, but if I get a healer who wants a more relaxed run I'll slow down for them. (Or dps that don't seem to know what aoe is but that's another story entirely.)

HoH is about getting as much exp in as little time as possible, not about getting chests and an already outdated weapon that is only good as a glamour item. So, technically you are the one who is using HoH for something that is not the norm.

So, yeah I agree with the rest. Make your own pt in pf. Your priorities are not any more important than anyone else's, esp when your goals are in the minority.
