Let us Dye Normal Raid gear

ive unsync'd both a8s (gavel skip) and a12s gotten my gear what ever sure i understand the the incentive to do it
but i dont think there should be a problem for having both NM and Savage sets dyable they should just dye differently
like proto alex is different enough that they should be dyable while savage alex has all extra bits giving that incentive to do (also mounts and weapon glamor always be a incentive) savage for that set of the gear,
kinda like with Zeta weapons and Nightsteel weapons
there is still benefits to getting a Zeta weapons after the hard work even with nightsteel being there

this would also add an incentive to do the normal 8 man raids again

1) They didnt say that - from all we know they very much want the gear dying the same way the Savage gear does
2) Lets say, they do that - add two different sets of this gear, dying in different ways. How long do you think it would take for people to come here and ask to have the Savage gear available to them without doing Savage again, because they like the way it dyes better?

We have a saying in german "Someone asks for your little finger, yet takes the full hand" - people who have no intrest in Savage but want the rewards have been pretending to ask for the little finger for quite a while now, while they've already taken both hands and arms, the head, the torso and are now looking at the left leg.
You have story, gear, minions and music - and yet you're not happy, because you want it all and are only willing to leave scraps that you're not that intrested in in Savage.
I'm sorry if I'm coming off a bit strong or harsh, but I really, really had it with requests like these and "compromises" you offer, because they're not needed.

I dont want some sort of made up replacement reward, just as much as I dont want some after thought gear-designs for male characters.

I'd gladly give up the gear lvl, minions and music to be able to fully dye the one set of Samurai armor in the game. Samurai armor shouldn't have even been locked behind the raids to begin with as most of the game takes place IN THE LAND OF SAMURAI.

I dont quite get the logic of "Hand out gear to ONE job because its the one most featured one in the expansion", but hey, whatever.

And you're actually just proving my point: Even if it didnt motivate you to raid, dyeable gear is something thats highly desireable, so its a worthy reward. You dont care for minions or music - and guess what: I care more about the dyeable gear than about that mount from O12S aswell. Which is (part of the reason) why I raid.
Seriously, the stats on the Savage-chestpiece are pretty bad for a paladin, I've got the tomestone one anyways. So all thats left there for me is a pretty glamour that I cant get elsewhere, hence its a motivation.

I'd also like to call BS on your idea of Samurai-armor being only available in Deltascape - I guess your problem is that the only samurai-armor that you like is the one from Deltascape. Pretty sure that there are a few sets that match the style of a smurai - just not the one you want, as I recall from a different thread.

well no there isn't any real samurai armor as gear for the players outside of deltascape
the closest thing to it is Kojin set and Amastu set which is a pretty big stretch compared to actual samurai armor

Its the only samurai armor they like because its the only one
(but this is delving into a different topic)

Nowdays it's the exact same set for both versions except one is dyable. Alexandrian gear was the only instance that I remember where the sets were slightly different.

yes alexander was the only one that actually differs
but always could be a idea in the future who knows
