I apologize for the delay in my response to this issue.*The error you are describing occurs as a result of a Direct X crash.*When did this start happening, only after you installed the game on the new PC? This occurs immediately after you start the game correct? Or can you begin playing?

I'd like you to try some of the following to see if it will resolve the issue:
-Update Windows completely (including any optional or recommended updates)
-Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher
-Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
