FINAL FANTASY XIV Has Stopped Working...

ok so this error appears randomly, and this time I cant even appear in the world. It starts loading where my character is and then stops. Now im gunna post my error report if anyone could tell me whats wrong i would love to know cuz this is happening on more then one of my Pcs. I have all drivers updated to the newest point as well as directx. My graphics cards can take them game, i have more then enough memory, nothing is overheating i just do not know what to do anymore.

It would crash the moment I started hearing the BGM after choosing a character.
