That should be the one. It should have a FFXIV looking icon on it.

Direct me through that before I actually go do it. Do it like...
1)restart comp
2)hold down the DEL key
3)...

Restart>tap Del key...u may hear a beep of the laptop "yelling" at you lol Then just wait.
You can also just restart see what shows on the screen, let us know. Then we can direct you some more![]()

The last thing I can think of is what Geesus was saying about the bios (and reassuring you that you will not destroy your computer in the process).
When you fully restart your computer, you should see something when booting up, probably like the DELete key.
Look through the options you see using the arrow keys, find the Optimus checkbox, and uncheck the box. Save settings and restart computer once more.

Friend is having me update drivers first!

Actually Fiosha, the version I worked on today (Dell 960) it's bios was GUI and rather nice. You can use the arrow keys still but it was nice to just mouse and click.

Oooh! Neat! I think the last Dell I touched was an E6410. But I couldn't remember if it was mouse friendly.

Understood.
1. Restart
2. Continue to press DEL key until the Bios comes up.
3. If it's the BIOS I'm thinking of... On the left-hand side, look for a section called Video / Graphics
4. There should be a setting somewhere for Optimus.
5. Uncheck it.
6. Save BIOS settings (varies per computer, on mine it is F10, on yours, you may have to scroll to the bottom and choose Save Changes and Exit.
