There is no nvidia gpu installed in your system. Maybe you should check the device manager for errors or look inside the bios if it's disabled.

The Benchmark link Fiosha Maureiba gave you allows you to run a test of how well or poorly XIV will run on your system.

I'm not sure where or how you see a Nvidia card as I do not.

if you run the FFXIV config .exe, you can choose the system information button and you will see EXACTLY what XIV sees when you are running your game. Also, ran my DxDiag just to show you what I see.

What's the model of your laptop? I think confirmation that you have a laptop using nVidia's GPU-switching Optimus technology would help us diagnose your problem.

If you know you have Optimus already, you may need to specifically configure some games (like FFXIV) to switch to your nVidia graphics card from the lower-power Intel one when they run.

This article from Dell support may help.

Did a little research on your Laptop. Here's the problem. Your Laptop automatically determines which graphics card it should use based on a programming built into the NVidia settings.

The Good News - Your Lapotop will play FFXIV as soon as we adjust the appropriate settings.

The Bad News - The means by which to change those settings appears to be ridiculously complicated and will take a little while to decipher into reasonable directions..

I'll see if I can come up with some reasonable steps for you, but it might take a while. For now, I recommend you try looking around the NVIDIA settings for an option that blatantly says manually configure switchable graphics or something to that effect.

Ok dont hold this against me if im wrong cause im on a cell phone at the moment.. Looks like you want to go into your nvidia control pannel, that you have open in that screenshot, and Select manage 3d settings. Inside these settings there should be a drop menu titles select program, you'll want to set that to the ffxiv program file which I believe is named ffxiv.exe. Then in that same window there should be a set default graphic drop menu that you want to switch to the nvidia card. Save the settimgs and ffxiv ahould force your laptop tp run the good card.. Hope it works, ill check back when I get home in about 30 mins
