This is a very subjective definiton...and a wrong one.
Also it judges the person and not the level of play.
Do you have any objektive criteria?

Objectively, if a player acts like a bad person, they are bad yes. I don't have unreasonable expectations of pugs. All I expect is that they manage to clear it, depending on the content I May or may not expect them to clear with minimal trouble. and I wont shame someone if they fail to live up to those expectations. worst case scenario I apologize and leave the queue, eating a penalty if I have to.

You're very silly. I'm not saying to kick people for a single mistake, just that only someone catastrophically bad will get an 8-man to kick them to the curb after a single wipe. Which, let's not forget, they have every right to do if they have the votes. And apparently kicking players, without reason, for a single death in Normal mode content is a good thing and should be encouraged.
I'm actually amazed, the community is at least twice as toxic as WoW. This topic has gone from "players who refuse to take advice or contribute to the team shouldn't be encouraged" (reasonable) to "kick everyone, any mistakes deserve kicks, learn to play flawlessly or don't do group content" with Van_arn gone on some insane crusade at the lead.
And then we expect Yoshi to give us parsers after reading all this. (Don't get me wrong, I want them too, but really...)
And yes, if they were so bad 7 other people wanted them gone in one attempt they aren't ready for that content. They should get better on their own time or consider uninstalling if they expect a carry. Either way the community wins, because they're not worth 7 other peoples' time until they can pull their own weight. Kicking players helps them learn there's an issue or it causes them to quit if they don't want to improve, and either decision is a net positive.

I had no business being there? How rude it’s this kind of attitude that is making this community terrible. This is fine. If you were kicked, enough in that party clicked yes. If this happened after a single wipe, chances are you had no business being there.
Your personal issues are that, personal. They are not something 7 other people are required to put up with.
Ultimately, you did exactly what was expected-- you found out what the problem was and worked around it outside of that party. Had you quit instead, you still would have resolved the issue by not being around to queue for 70 content.

You caused enough people to vote you off of the island after a single attempt. It's the world's safest bet to say you had no business being there.
The fact that you expect to be mollycoddled without doing your own share is actually the form of toxicity this community deals with the most often. That doesn't magically go away because you call someone stating the obvious rude.
If you want to get mad at someone, get mad at Square for failing to teach you how to play before you hit Alexander. The players were merely doing what players do-- kick the underperformer by a majority vote.

This is dumb.
The entire crux of the matter is you work to improve yourself or you're clear to quit. You've been playing at least two years; have you improved?
Because if you haven't in two years, why even bother.
