Latency Issues After Server Relocation (East to West)

I still get random skill animations that go off, but doesn't do anything and resets itself if I use the skill again. I used to get 70-72ms constantly to the Aether Server (Gilgamesh) after server relocation, now it somehow shot up to 92ms with intermittent spikes of up to 140ms (I'm from east side).

I subbed back 8 days ago from this post in hopes you guys have had done something in these past 5 months while I was gone. Nope, apparently it's even worse and getting disconnected during raid (and that's not just me), random staggering latency spikes which causes you unable to double weave successfully. I've NEVER had an issue with the Montreal datacenter. Eventually, these DDoS attacks that people keep reading are going to treat as an excuse (it's been years already).

I've cancelled my subscription again. @ SE, I sure as hell hope someday you guys will adjust that server relocation because it is not helping at all.

PS: I subbed for 1650 days since ARR, good ol' days. Also, what happened to the NA server relocation thread? Where's the follow up?

They threw it under "separate support required" and haven't done anything beyond that.

They're not going to relocate again so they gathered up the complaints to pretend they were doing something and let the rage fade out. There are still people reporting issues but SE won't have any of it, it's always everyone's fault but their own.

I work IT and the bullish refusal on SE's part to even try to make amends is kind of staggering honestly. Even if you don't own the architecture or the inbound connections, you own the customer experience... companies have far more leverage than individuals when it comes to getting problems resolved. SE just doesn't care.
