    Game crashed once, then I can't log back in

    Hello everyone,

    I hope someone can help me. I play on ps4. everything was fine until my character completely froze. I couldn't exit or do anything so I was forced to close the game. After trying to log back in everything is weird. I can log in my account but when I try to enter the character selection screen, nothing happens, then I get a disconnected message and I am sent back to the launcher screen, I tried a few times and none of them worked.


    Solutions? I apreciate in advance

    I apologize for the delay in my response, are you still having this issue? If so, what is the exact message you are getting when you select your character?

    Do you have any other characters? Do you run into the same issue when you try and log into them?
