Disconnecting status for 15 hours since it happened on Ps4

i have been experiencing disconnecting issues for the past 15 hours since it happened. Hold on you might think its like everyone else BUT the problem is i can login just fine BUT i cannot play that one specific character WHICH IS MY MAIN CHARACTER. I can make new characters in the exact same datacenter, server and play(eg. Interacting with NPCs, my friends, change class and attack monsters) BUT for my main character everytime i log in, i have an instant disconnecting symbol right next to my name. i also cannot interact, change classes and attack stuff but i can move around and see other people logging in, chatting in chat and moving around. I'm practically a ghost that nobody can see moving. After at least 3 minutes or more i will receive error 90002 and get booted out. I have tried reinstalling the game and resetting my internet even checking with my ISP but there is no issues with my internet or my game and ISP. I have sent a support ticket to only receive no reply of my current status. So how will i resolve this matter or fix it? I have been trying to just play for about 16 hours now and no fixed results.

If I remember correctly the Support Desk through the site isn't open on weekends (which is mentioned when sending a ticket anyway), so you are better waiting until Monday when it's more likely you'll get a response.

Still no fix after 60 hours. Also no reply or solutions after sending support tickets. If my fix was to wait until the next maint then this is truly outrageous for anyone suffering.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I apologize for not getting to this sooner. We can't provide support over the weekends unfortunately.

As you mentioned, there have been some network issues the prevent some players from logging into (or staying logged into) the game. This may not be the primary cause, but it could be contributing to your issue.

As for what we can do to alleviate it, we do have a few options:

-Please make sure that "Cookies" and "JavaScript" are ENABLED on the PSN Browser. This can be done by going to the web browser on the PS4, press the options button, then go to settings. The options for Cookies and Javascript will most likely be checked, uncheck them and then recheck them.

-Reset your router by turning it off for a few minutes, then back on

-Make sure to use a wired Ethernet connection as opposed to wireless, if possible.

-You might want to check if the following port ranges are open in your router. You can contact your ISP and request that they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
