In Game Voice Chat, Why doesn't this game have it and would you use if it did?

That's their personal requirements. If they want to require VC, they can use Discord or the other VC apps. It's really simple.

I did say that being a PC player and using Discord is a requirement for some groups so I'm not sure what you mean?

It's generally (not even always) required for a very narrow section of content that many players interact with minimally, if at all. The concern is that slice of content would become much broader if it was integrated into the game.

The reason for that is that the game is easy. It's only required for ultimate or savage in progress (and even then you can do without) > for clears I'm talking here.

Now certain statics it's a requirement because they always want to reach higher, so they coordinate their buffs together, pot usage, etc to keep trying to reach more DPS numbers. There's competition for that.
It's not about clearing the content, it's about how fast you can clear it with what jobs and how much DPS everybody did.

And I am not doing any savage raids, barely do recent extreme trials (and that can be done without vc) and I wont ever step foot into Ultimate. So there is no reason for me to have it outside of wanting to chat with friends. An ingame vc might change that by having people that would even demand this in dungeon runs or maybe even older extreme trials.

For those that want to use it they can already have their way with Discord, no need to create something ingame.
