In Game Voice Chat, Why doesn't this game have it and would you use if it did?

Voice chat for raids or teaching people primals or callouts is fine. The few times I've played games that had voice chat people would end up wanting it for even the smallest things and kick you if you didn't. Then yes there's the whole being female and being treated like a normal person sans voice chat and seeing that fly out of the window the instant your voice is heard. It tends to go one of a few ways. One is their mind is blown that a girl is a gamer and they end up repeating themselves. Another is they go the hur hur go make me some food route where it's clear that now they're just going to be a sexist jerk. Or they start to non stop hitting on you. It's rare to get the oh wow it's a girl and then play on normal like nothing happened. Yes there is the ignore function but people shouldn't have to do that in the first place just due to gender or whatever.

It's already demanded for content, it has always been, there's requirements of some groups that you are a PC player and you can use Discord, just as there are also groups that require you to have DPS meter and parse and that you are above a minimum of x DPS.

That's their personal requirements. If they want to require VC, they can use Discord or the other VC apps. It's really simple.

The reason for that is that the game is easy. It's only required for ultimate or savage in progress (and even then you can do without) > for clears I'm talking here.

Now certain statics it's a requirement because they always want to reach higher, so they coordinate their buffs together, pot usage, etc to keep trying to reach more DPS numbers. There's competition for that.
It's not about clearing the content, it's about how fast you can clear it with what jobs and how much DPS everybody did.

We don't have it because we don't need it and not to mention the usual server "issues" SE is always refering to. Would i use it? Not in a million years because i use discord and i don't want to end up in a VC with randoms in a dungeon who refuse to speak english or piss me off with the stupid crap they do ingame.

ESO had integrated voice chat.

The two biggest problems I experienced personally were not being able to complain out loud without turning off my mic and a fair amount of sexism.

I get even more bad players in this game than I did in ESO and I'm sure some of them would be annoyed if (while in chat with them) I said to my boyfriend "ffs this healer is just standimg there doing nothing" or "oh look, another drg that doesn't know what heavy thrust is" and I don't need their salt in my life.

I'm not one to cry sexism at every little thing but in ESO there were two main kinds. First up we had "oooh a girl, let me get creepy for no reason now" and "oooh a girl that can play well, let me try to recruit you to my guild/group" and they sometimes overlapped. It was exhausting. I briefly tried to tell everyone I was a kid if they started being weird with me in a dungeon or in a situation where I would never see them again. It was just awkward in general.

So yeah, for those reasons no I would steer very clear of voice chat in-game. I like discord, it lets me pick and choose who I talk to.

Personally, I wouldn't because discord is just convenient to use for me.

I use this as quote because it is exactly my think :

Discord is free, easy to use, you can set even vocal and written chat. Also usefull to speak to anyone not already log in (like, asking all your static anything without waiting the evening, etc)
And finally you can have link to strategies or usefull informations even for your PU.

The FF vocal chat would be limited to PU with less convenience. Also, with all servers matters we had those last 5 years, i am not sure adding anything on it is a great idea.

WoW finally have a "good" vocal chat (was one before but... meh) and dont use it a lot because discord is enough.
