Graphical bug: Fletchings texture mismatch on arrows

This has been an issue since beta, and it would only require some basic texture updates.

Cobalt arrow recipe uses a Cobalt Ingot, which has a distinct coloring on other recipes. The 'actual' Cobalt arrow texture includes arrowheads which are color of the ingots. Same for Mythril, etc.

In contrast...

Cobalt arrow recipe uses a Chocobo Feather, which has a distinct coloring on stuff like hat recipes. The 'actual' Cobalt arrow texture, and EVERY other type of arrow has the graphics of wildfowl fletchings. This issue is visible both in the quiver, and when arrows are 'at-the-ready'.

Did the SE team plan to fix it? Not a big priority, but it is a nice cosmetic improvement. Some of us have an appreciation to this sort of attention to detail.
