Playing devil's advocate, you mentioned using a text command to do it.

All you would need to do is do the text command once, then use the previous command function (up on the D-Pad on controller, no idea what it is keyboard) to quickly spam it over and over again. When you're capable of doing the command 2-4x a second, 10k adds up ULTRA fast. An RMT bot could feasibly automate the tips to transfer millions upon tens of millions within minutes.

Not saying your idea is bad, simply pointing out a flaw that would need protective measures built in. Even the slightest opening of an inch can give RMT and abusers a mile.

well yeah to enforce a 10k limit like i suggested there would be an amount of time before you can tip them again. After sending a tip, sending a second one will give you the message "you've already tipped this player" an hour or so later you could do it again
