Overview: Ever since the new method of pushing updates was implemented on PS4, each update causes the game to crash, then endlessly emit "new update available" notifications that you cannot stop until you force close the FFXIV application manually.

Platform: Playstation 4 Pro (Mid 2017 Model)
Plus Member: Not a Playstation Plus member (Updates don't download in background for non-plus members is why this distinction is made)
Last Update Experienced On: Latest one, and last 3 before it.

Steps:
1. Run FFXIV game client on the PS4, log into the world servers then a character
2. Once logged in, press and hold the controller "Playstation" Button and put the playstation into "Sleep" mode
3. Wait for a game update to be released
4. Press and hold playstation button from controller to boot the PS4
5. Game client will inform you of being booted from server (Expected since you turned off game), then will proceed to inform you that you must update to use the network features. Endlessly. In a loop. You hit "back" from this menu, and it endlessly circles back to it and the notification keeps firing nonstop with no way to stop it unless you exit to the sony menu and force quit the game manually.
