    We would like to share an update regarding the network issue.
    Upon investigation, we have confirmed that our own network environment, as well as our game and account servers are not experiencing any internal errors.

    The cause of the login interference appears to be a large-scale internet issue occurring across Japan.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your patience until recovery of the large-scale network issue.

    Hey SE, apologizing doesn't mean you get to just let sh*t continue to happen and screw us out of our lost sub time. Yes your investigating it, and its your ISP and not you? That doesn't mean you have to wait on them and let your customers suffer. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! (just my opinion anyway lol)

    Yes, because SE has the ability to fix a widespread internet outage across an entire country.

    Ok, right there..... NA has TONS of issues even on good days.

    However the one you branded a white knight for simply pointing out the fine print you didnt read...

    SE can't do anything if ISP's are the source of the issue. If the internet is out country wide, its not just your precious sub being affected. It's everyone's. We all are sharing this issue.

    Our servers literally crashed twice 2 or 3 days ago.

    Sure, not your level of issue, but we had issues.

    I'm on an NA server and I'm still having lag spikes and issues myself. Your comment literally serves no purpose or makes any sense because even NA people are having problems. EU issues are not the only issues either.

    What region people are playing in doesn't matter in this scenario since it's widespread and affects a multitude of different people across the datacenters, and you're just trying to use it as some kind of leverage against the other person while thinking you're being so smart about it.

    It's not smart.
