We understand some of you were not able to complete your pre-order purchases and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience through this process. As a result, we will be re-opening any orders not canceled by customers directly in an effort to get everyone their merchandise.

Please note, you will have until Tuesday, November 6th to resolve any payment issues or change the payment method for the transaction. Please be on the lookout for instructions and details in your email.

While we cannot guarantee all purchases will go through, there are steps we advise you to take to ensure your charge does not get declined. Verifying your billing information is up to date, changing your payment method or calling your bank ahead of time to make sure the purchase does not get blocked are some examples.
