I hope its okay to reply here too, but I had my order cancelled as well. My bank called me last week to tell me there was an issue with the charge and it kept getting flagged as fraud. They recommended I contact support to figure out what was going on with the charge, so I put in a request to the store support to let them know I was having an issue. Other than the confirmation email saying they got my request, I never heard back from them. Then Monday morning I get an email saying my preorder was cancelled because they were unable to charge my card. I had plenty of funds and the payment info should have been correct, so I have no idea what went wrong. I emailed support again and still have not heard back.
