    I just got the email saying payment was attempted three times but I know that was a lie. Anyway now I opted to change to Paypal and hopefully that works.

    I wish there was a way they can just debit again before the final transaction date just to test it out and make sure that payment works.

    I was hoping it would be like a checkout process so that it would just charge my account. As it is, I have the $0.50 charge. @_@ If need be I'd have happily drove someone money upfront.

    I'd also like to say that I never received two of the supposed updates to my ticket on October 29, found out because AGAIN I was sent a survey on how the support request went. In one of those updates from D of US SQUEX Store Support, she mentions telling me it failed but there is absolutely no message of that sort!

    I also received an email this morning. Was going to use my other credit card, but I'm too worried I'll have a repeat somehow. I also opted to change it to PayPal. I see the $0.50 charge pending, so that gives me hope it should go through okay. I appreciate we were given another chance to change our payment information, but I'll be worried until the 6th for sure. Hopefully everyone is able to get their orders now!

    Everyone is making me paranoid about switching to Paypal but with the $0.50 charge already pending I don't want to change again and mess things up T_T;

    I’m seeing the $0.50 charge on my PayPal and card now since I didn’t even realize they were putting a hold charge when I decided to switch to PayPal, so whoops. At least seeing the charge now let’s us know the payment info is correct. I’m hoping it won’t be an issue, so I’m nervous too.

    Looking for a thread to respond to, this one seems as good as any....
    My issue is a little different. I preordered my stuff back on August 30th as i'm sure most others did.

    At that time I never received a confirmation email, and didn't really think much of it, then it fell to the the back of my mind. I saw a PSA on reddit about charges going out soon, and knew I had the money in the bank, no worries. So a couple of days ago, The 28th, a friend shoots me a message saying his order had been paid for, he was excited.

    So I check my bank account, sure enough on Oct 26th the funds were withdrawn from my account. Yet, I still have not received any sort of receipt or confirmation email for my order. I started asking around and realized not only had I not received the confirmation email, but I also never received the warning email before they withdrew the funds from my account. I can confirm with 100% certainty that the emails were not filtered into junk/spam folder, before anyone asks.

    My next course of action was to send a support ticket to the SE store, I would prefer to call, but apparently there is not a number, go figure. Anyway I sent the ticket approximately 52 hours ago and besides the automated "we got your ticket" email, I have not heard anything in return.


    This concerns me, not only because fanfest is so close but because my research shows they have charged and refunded in the past without any communication. It also concerns me that after 2 days support hasn't responded.

    I don't really know what to do at this point, I really just needed a place to vent a little with people that would understand my frustration.

    I figured I’d give an update, but I actually got an email back from Store Support! Rather than wait for the 6th, they were able to charge me today and it went through! They were able to use my updated payment info with PayPal. Got the email confirmation and everything, so now I can breath a sigh of relief. So if you emailed support you might actually get an email back, it just seems that it may take a while.

    When exactly did you email support? I probably emailed them too late since I was hoping the use of the link went fine. I'll be sitting around anxiously. I replied earlier today to support (usual support chain... also mentioned that I didn't receive the two messages I received from support that I could see in the survey they sent me) but it may be too late that I just wait until Nov 6 @_@ Please I just wanna get charged xD

    I put in a request to them last Thursday. On Monday I replied to the autorespond email that confirmed my request, because it mentions at the top you can respond to it to add more comments if needed. It looks like that was the one they responded to. I was honestly shocked this morning I got a response back from them at all. But I feel you, I was also super anxious at having to wait until the 6th to get charged. Hopefully someone gets back to you though.

    I've been trying to get a direct response from them for a long time now and the only responses from the store support was the survey request and the email on the 31st with the link. I gave them a negative experience on the survey for it -_-
