Upon investigation, we have confirmed that our own network environment, as well as our game and account servers are not experiencing any internal errors.

The cause of the login interference appears to be a large-scale internet issue occurring across Japan.

Upon further investigation of the ongoing network technical difficulties, we discovered that a DDoS attack is targeting multiple upper-level ISPs, which in turn is affecting our servers. The large-scale attack is affecting various regions of the network connected to our servers and appears to be causing severe internet issues.

We are currently contacting various upper-level ISPs to further confirm the issue and to develop countermeasures.

We would like to provide another update regarding the network technical difficulties caused by the DDoS attacks.

As the ongoing attack was affecting the networks of multiple upper-level ISPs, the upper-level ISPs are now working to address the issue as a top priority. We are also preparing our own countermeasures, but the attacks currently appear to have ceased.

We will continue our defensive measures that had been taken to mitigate the effects of the attacks on players, along with consideration for further precautions, in order to provide the best possible defenses.
