This is how I have mine set up:

The two macros on the left get replaced if I have a specific one to use for a certain fight, like marking the shell in Susano and such.

Yes, I don't use keybinds at all. I know most people are going to call me out on it but I've gotten so used to the layout that I can weave OGCDs just fine without them. Even double weaving when I need to hasn't been a problem.

I have my movement keys shifted right by one key to ESDF. Quickbar hotkeys are arranged clockwise around that, on ZAQ123456TGB. This gives me easy access to 12 hotkeys without having to stray far from the movement keys. First quickbar uses plain keys, second uses Ctrl as modifier. Additionally I have four slots bound to the side buttons of my mouse (two buttons with and without Ctrl) for a total of 28 slots. So far I haven't needed more, though I haven't gotten into the really hard content yet.

I use camera-relative movement because then I don't have to keep track which way my character is facing. I also use a gamepad for more relaxed content and it's easier to have keyboard movement work the same way. Mouse is mostly reserved for rotating the camera, selecting enemies and ground targeting, but I occasionally use it for selecting party members lower down on the list (F5-F8 are harder to reach than F1-F4) or in other alliance groups. A few skills I have in click-only slots because they're not critical to use quickly in combat (protect, summons etc).

My WHM setup has single heals on 1-5 (cure, cure2, cure3, regen, tetra), plenary on 6, AoE heals on Ctrl+1-4 (medica, medica2, asylum, assize), benison on 5, attacks on TGB (aero2, stone, holy) and Ctrl+T (aero3), various buffs on ZAQ (presence, largesse, esuna) and Ctrl+Q (thin air). I'm pretty sure Ctrl+GB have something too but without opening the game I'm not sure what. Possibly fluid aura and repose. Mouse buttons have benediction, lucid dreaming, swiftcast and raise. A few skills are arranged a bit illogically, largely because I'm relatively new to Lv70 content where they can actually be used.

I've mostly healed on WHM recently so my memory is a bit fuzzy on what my SCH and AST setups look like. AST is pretty similar to WHM in that heals are divided between single-target and AoE and attacks are in the right block. SCH has heals on 1-6, attacks on Ctrl+1-6 and some mixture of buffs and utilities in the remaining keys.

I set them up based on usage mostly. Having played wow for longer than FF I already have favourable rotational keybinds but as scholar I feel there are more binds than in WoW of course.

So i have my bars also set up in the typical wow fashion also ^^

I have set up quite a few macros that help to save on action bar space, my fairy summon macro also changes shift-E, shift-A and shift-S to the spells of each fairy, so 6 binds essentially combined into 3. I also cheat with an MMO mouse allowing me 13 extra binds, 12 i use from the MMO buttons and 1 extra on top (its a logitech G600 with the G-shift button rebound).

I use binds with shift and control modifiers on top of the normal keys and mouse buttons.

The macro I mentioned for my fairy summon is as follows as I would say its one of the best macros I have found for reducing button bloat! I know this might not be as helpful to you as you seem to be playing WHM but it might become if you delve into SCH or find use for it in other ways, its also helpful for those checking your thread who might play SCH!

On the left side of my main bar I have all my often used skills like cures and aoes cures, esuna, etc. 1 is always reserved for regen/lustrate/Essential Dignity. The middle of the bar is used for cure boosts and such like largesse. Right side of the bar is for things like aetherflow, cards and such.

I don't have alt/ctrl set up because instead I bound my F keys to my second row which is where I keep things like benediction, aoe shields like collective unconscious and sacred soil and dps abilities. I cure by clicking on names in the pt list so I don't use my F keys for anything else and it makes it super easy and faster to just move my finger up and click instead of clicking on 2 buttons at once having to move my entire hand.

3rd row are things that are not often used and I only click on like pots, protect, raise, ast stances, lucid dreaming, fairy/egi summon and such.

4th row is a shared bar and where I keep things like limit break, basic hp/mp pots and such that all jobs use.

I can post mine later, but basically I have my offensive stuff on one side, and defensive stuff on another. I play WXHB, so the double tap bars are all major cooldowns instead of regularly accessed stuff.

I know this is mostly for keyboard, but I'll throw my crossbars in for the hell of it. They're basically just split up with healing on bar 1 and DPS on bar 2, with special things like Limit Break on L2&R2

    WHM

    SCH
(A bit of overflow into the W bar there. The macro is just auto Obey and to swap the fairy spells depending on who's out.)

    AST

For some reason the 2nd bar didn't register, but it's basically the same as WHM where it can be with all card stuff on L2.

Wow... I don't know how you guys can bind 1-10 with alt and ctrls... for me it's a bit clunky. I've tried and never grew accostumed of mouse steering or moving. I really tried to bind alt and ctrl, but never worked in any game for me.

1-5: Regen / Cure / Cure 2 / Benediction / Esuna - These are the basic healing spells
    C, Shift+C, V, B: Stone / Holy / Aero / Aero 2 - These are the basic offensive spells
Middle mouse / Shift + Middle mouse: Cure 3 / Medica 2 - Here is the basic AoE heal kit
    Mouse extra 1 / Shift + Mouse extra 1: Benison / Asylum - OGCDs
    Mouse extra 2 / Shift + Mouse extra 2: Tetragrammaton / Assize - OGCDs

The big cooldowns I set in a floating bar near the party frame, extra size, and I manually click them.

The situational spells are in the center, and I click them too, since I seldom use.

So for my keyboard setup I have the first row as 1-9 keys with the last 3 being Side Mouse 1 and 2, then pushing the scroll key. Of course I also you ALT+ and CTRL+. Additionally I have q and e as extra skill keys and r for sprint. I catch hell for my ui by friends but I have everything I need and can still see my character well enough XD I posted my main heals down to my last. Funny enough my most clutter (SCH) is what I main heal on and least clutter is (WHM) the one I play rarely cause my co-heal is usually that :3. Sorry for the small screenies, not trying to blow up the forum size lol
