So I reported someone for harassing behavior last night, and (I apologize in advance for misspelling your name) a GM named Verethor(?) kindly took down all the details.

He/she had asked if there was anything else they could help me with, so I had asked about the status of a previous ticket, wherein I did not receive my Feast title despite ranking in the top 10 of the NA Feast Tournament -- while my teammates received theirs.

GM Drazilnoteb had kindly taken down the details of THAT particular issue and said that they had to send it to a different department. GM Verethor did give me an update, saying that the title issue would be resolved when a GM was online...

But aren't they a GM?

I realize that GMs are the ones who send out the mails with the titles, and the last thing I want to do is cause any overlap with support tickets. I'm just confused about that status update and wondered if there were different tiers or levels of GMs that handle different things. I just wanted to be sure my issue got into the right hands of someone who could resolve it.
