[30413][25008][10009] Unable to download patch files. 4.41

    :SOLVED:
My computer downloaded half of the patch, when I was suddenly hit with this error,
and now I keep getting this error whenever I try to download the most recent patch.

    I have tried:

    running as administrator,

    turning off the firewall,

restarting the modem and my computer,

turning off the modem and my computer for more than an hour,

putting the FFXIV data for port forwarding (TCP 54992 - 54994 for example, I did all three of them that they list on the support site),

    Using two different VPNs.

    Using the google DNS 8.8.8.8.

Using DNS 4.2.2.2 as some people on other forums said it sometimes works (it didn't for me)

Tried using a DNS from Japan, as it has worked for some. Did not work for me.

Set square enix sites to trusted in internet explorer

    Tried deleting folders in ffxivpatch

Edit: Tried all of these on both wired and wireless connection.
Edit: Also tried connecting to my husband's phone network, who's internet is done by an entirely different company. Same result, unable to download patch data.

I just can't seem to download this last patch!
I have never had this problem before in the 5 years I have been playing, and I am at a total loss as to what it is.
I don't really want to try re-downloading this game, as my internet speed is 0.2mb/s on a good day, it would literally take days, and nobody else in the household would be able to use the internet during that time.

EDIT: SOLVED! I took my computer to my family's work, and... THE DOWNLOAD WORKED! It must be a problem with the line before it reaches my home or something, since the technicians didn't fix it, and different ISP's AND modems didn't fix it, but the download worked perfectly fine at work, which is in the nearest town.
