    It's starting to sound like you are you are having some complication along your route to the server. This is then made worse around times of high congestion, in popular areas when a lot of players are on. This might explain why you don't seem to have issues with Primal as you may not be going to the more congested areas. Based on your troubleshooting, it doesn't sound like your client or router have any real issues. Unfortunately, those are the only things you have direct control over.

    In the time that you posted this, has the situation changed? Do you get the same issues when it is not at peak hours or in some popular/congested areas?

    I have found the issue can be random but is always guaranteed daily at least once. At first I wanted to say it was due to high traffic, however when I have gone to private housing and FC areas I don't have a disconnect of any type, even when we have larger events consisting of 20-40+ people. A guaranteed DC is Alliance raids, and doing any dungeon. In a dungeon I am guaranteed to DC once, but not necessarily more. In an alliance raid it is practically uncompletable as the last three times I've attempted it, I have disconnected 4 times before even fighting the first boss in the raid.

    Disconnecting at peak hours is not necessarily the issue as well. As on Fridays and Saturdays I can sometimes disconnect rarely, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays I will disconnect 5 times in 1 hour.

    They better get these 90006 error fixed fast. Doesn't make me won't play game when just waited 40 minutes for queue to pop just to get disconnected right when it pops. I'm not sure about other but I sure don't have time to waste. This is far worse than free to play games. Least they try to fix the problems and not just give same bot reply every time and then say there is nothing they can do about it.

    This is getting progressively worse. I have tested this on another router and with a different connection using my phone instead. I am STILL D/cing CONSTANTLY and I have gotten NOTHING in response from Support telling me what they are doing to look into this or what I can do. Is this even being looked into!?

    Other testing reveals I am D/Cing EVERY time going into Binding Coil as well as high traffic areas. (UPDATE: I cut back on D/Cing drastically if I stay perfectly still and don't participate in the game. However even that doesn't stop it.)

    Ping testing to the server gives me 0% packet loss, 68-75ms average.

    I have tested the connection. Tested the Hardware, tested and reinstalled the software, damn. near. EVERYTHING and STILL it's an issue. Can we get an update on SE's end on what they are doing to resolve this and what is going on? This isn't the first time this has happened over the years and my research online has revealed next to no solid answers on this.

    I apologize for the delay in my response. A 90006 error only states that you've been disconnected from the game. Unfortunately, this is a bit vague as it doesn't tell us why or where in the process the disconnection occurred. This means that there isn't a solid answer on how to fix it.

    Based on your information, it does sound like a congestion issue. Not necessarily with the server itself, but possibly on your route to the server. You said you conducted a ping test, can you try this again (or preferably a trace route) immediately after you disconnect? Additionally, what times of the day do you disconnect the most? You mention that you rarely disconnect on the weekends, but will in the middle of the week. When do you normally play the game?

    I'm sorry that I can't give a definitive answer right now. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this issue.

    Thank you for the response and information.

    I play at all times of the week, in an attempt to find out if there is a connection there. I have performed resource monitoring and see a drastic drop in the connection for the game as I am d/cing, however other programs that run are just fine. Closing those programs doesn't help the send receive for 14.

    I have not attempted to Traceroute during the d/c, nor have I done a full traceroute and linked it. Should I post a screenshot of my traceroute or do I just give the info?

    Whichever would be easier for you. Once we get that information, we can get a better idea of where you are disconnecting and that may lead to why. preferably, it will be helpful if you perform the trace route immediately after you get disconnected. If you do it while playing, it will likely look normal which won't give us much information unfortunately.
