1. Get black and white mana to above 40 each.
2. Use Manafication
3. Use macro that uses Corps-a-corps and switches my main hotbar to a different hotbar
4. Use Enchanted Riposte
5. Black and white mana deplete by 30
6. Enchanted Zwerchhau does NOT proc (it is not creating a combo)

The date I gave on the original post is incorrect. I forgot I wrote down the times it happened when I was fighting Chaos (Savage) and one instance with Suzaku (Extreme). Although it has happened to me more than a few times, I only wrote down these.

Did your Riposte actually hit the enemy? Misses and certain forms of invulnerabilities prevent comboes from triggering.

Just to be on the safe side: Do you have all three parts of the combo on your hotbar, or is it a possibility that you only have Riposte and Redoublement, and thus wouldn't be able to see the combo indicator on Zwerchhau?

Yeah, I have a macro that switches my main hotbar which has all my spells, with a different hotbar which has all my melee spells. That way I can't accidentally hit a spell which would interrupt the combo. It also helps with condensing my bars. Bar above target hp is shift modifiers, Top bar is Control modifier, middle bar has no modifiers (this is the one that switches), and bottom bar has alt modifiers. Just the most comfortable way for me. But you'll notice the checkmark macro, that's the one that switches the bar. I also have corp-a-corps and displacement macroed for easier use, but the checkmark macro is the fail safe (in case I can't displace for example). Because of the modifiers I have to the other bars, aside from the main bar, this prevents anything but the melee combos from casting. Giving more info than needed I'm sure, but figured I'd provide what I could to best answer your question
