    Quick update!

    DirectX 11 wont work. It instantly gave me FPS drops again. So With DirectX 9 it works perfectly!

    I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue. DirectX 11 may be having issues with your older graphics card and driver version, but DirectX 9 seems to be working for you.
