    For normal:
    O4N for 330 uncapped
    S4N for 360 uncapped
    A4N for 390 capped 1 item / week

    Maybe farm O4N for the 330 weapon and then go for for the 360 weapon? I think those might be easier or faster then EX's considering how many pugs wipe on those even with the 'duty completion' box ticked.

    What's the Ilvl of your armor?

    I took a break from the game since second raid and currently I have 360 armor and the Byakko ex weapon (total Ilvl is 359) and I have no trouble doing experts with those.

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    7 datalogs from Omega 4 fight (One per week, so seven weeks there) + 1000 genesis = the new 290 tome weapon. It will be upgradable to 300 toward the last patch of the cycle with the three coins from the three 24 man raids of the tier.

    So you can get the 290 version in 7 weeks of work for the datalogs pretty casually at one clear a week, and the Genesis shouldn't be hard too get in that time at all.
