    Heaven on High is an easy/free way to get an i365 weapon, though it may take you several hours of work. Bonus points, you can even do it on some other job.
    Byakko EX drops i355 weapons, though you won't want to do it on your i300 weap job.
    Suzaku EX drops i385 weapons, though it has the same caveat as Byakko.

    If you have spare mendacity, then the medacity tome weapon (360, upgradable to 370) should be good. Sigmascape crystals aren't limited to 1 per week anymore, but it may be slow going waiting on queues.
