quickest way around is anima. Chocobo and ships take time.

A player who has more time will always balance the anima/chocobo time/airship time because they'll have that choice, where as a casual player will always take anima due to the limited time.

That's where casual would like to spend their gil for instant teleport, the gil for no time transport is advantageous to their limited time.

My 2 cents.
This argument goes down a dangerous road:
At what point will the casual player have so little time that they can not do any of the activities (or time sinks) in the game?

If travelling is too time consuming (which is one of the smallest time sinks) how will they cope with:
- Getting Iffy weapons
- Getting Moogy weapons
- Getting next primal weapons
- Getting Coffer items
- Getting Rune stones
- Crafting 40-50
- Harvesting 40-50

And this of course does not include the big time sinks that will occur if they ever raise the cap.

If the casual player's time is of concern that managing their Anima is not an option, then I fear this casual player will run into a LOT more content that requires a LOT more of their time than they could come close to affording.
